You know it's windy when...
Have you ever tried pitching a tent all by yourself on a windy day? Pitching the tent isn't the difficult part (relatively speaking). The action usually starts if you forget to place a weight over any of the pouches that all the stuff comes out of. Then you're suddenly scrambling around trying to figure out what to do and wondering whether to hold onto what you have or run after whatever is flying away. Can lead to a few comic situations (provided you manage to successfully retrieve everything). #youliveandyoulearn#camperproblems#camperlife at Chennai, India

The drama of a black rock #beach.
From what I know, beaches like this one are a rare sight in India. Have you seen a black sand/rock beach in #India? If yes, where?

I knew nothing, but I wanted to discover everything - that's why I began to travel, wander and explore. I've travelled many thousands of miles since this adventure started, but I feel like I've only caught a glimpse of the many things that are there to be seen and experienced. In many ways, this is still just the beginning. at Pangong Tso
Helmet hair is a real thing. Must wear the shabbiness with pride because it's symbolic of every motorcyclists' spirit of adventure.

The tag line used to promote travel to the Andaman islands is "Emerald. Blue. And You". The first few places where I saw it, the full stops were not very visible, so I read it as "emerald blue" and that didn't make any sense. But, now, with proper punctuation and this #droneshot as visual aid I think I know what it's about. at Andaman and Nicobar Islands
Cliffside view from Chidiyatapu
This was one of my favourite spots on the main Andaman Island. A short drive from Port Blair, will take you to Munda Pahar beach (Chidiyatapu) from where you need to trek about 1.5 km uphill to reach these cliffs. A little beyond the lighthouse, the cliffs converge to form a narrow rocky path with the sea crashing on either side far far below. at Chidiya Tapu

Long before I ever rode a #bike I learnt to sail a #boat. Sailing was a key part of my life when I was younger, and is an activity that has taught me many life skills.
This month's edition of Motus Operandi at @thefarmchennai is built around the theme of Sailing - swipe to see date, time and venue details of the event (or check my stories). Some of Chennai's veteran sailors are going to be around to share their experiences and answer any questions that you may have. Come join in!
