6 hard boiled eggs
¼ cup kraft olive oil mayo
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Pinch of salt
1 package smoked salmon
Small bunch of cilantro
Slice hard-boiled eggs lengthwise and place hardened yolks in a bowl. Set whites aside. In the bowl with egg yolks, combine mayo, mustard, vinegar and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
Use a small spoon or piping bag, fill the yolk mixture in the hollowed eggs white halves.
Mash the avocado or slice in to small chunks and place along the rim of the yolk mixture. Dice the smoked salmon in to small pieces and place on the other side of the yolk. Garnish with cilantro. Yum!
