The winter months bring me to my lowest when it comes to my anxiety and depression. Every year, like clock work by late November I fall off track and stop exercising completely, as well as lose focus of my nutrition. By the time April hits(better weather, better feeling) I’m kicking myself in the ass for letting myself go 🤦🏼♀️Losing my strength, discipline confidence, happiness and most importantly, my control.
Today I’m patting myself on the back for not giving up ❤️ Regardless of having the worst “season” of depression and anxiety to date, I have consistently worked out 4-5 day a week as well as keeping my diet and nutrition a priority.
Gaining back control of my mind, life, and well being- that’s what not giving up feels like! 💪🏽 __
The whole month of February, let’s kick the winter blues to the curb. It’s time to gain back control of your life. If I could do it, so can you!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
