As a run up to Thanksgiving, we’re paying a tribute to those travel resources that have been particularly handy for us this year. Today, we want to thank @nationalparkservice - here’s why. In general, our expectations from the hospitality industry in the United States are much lower compared to other countries.
We are not travel snobs, but this is a vast country to navigate, and still relatively unexplored. Which makes it expensive, and slightly underdeveloped for travel at times. (doesn’t take away the fact that it’s a beautiful country)
Visiting @yellowstonenps though, changed our impressions about National Park services in the country completely. The park’s rangers and NPS hospitality staff are immensely hard working. Their passion, kindness and professionalism was visible at every corner. We’re converts, and so thankful for the wonderful experience this year. And we urge you, for whenever you visit the country, to go beyond the big cities and meet the rangers in these national parks.
