It can be hard to get the weight right. I’m usually going too light because it’s my comfort zone and I know I can do it. Today was a rare occasion that I think I got the weight right for almost every move 😅 (good and a bad thing) (good because actually practicing progressive overloading, bad because I wanted to cry after lol) (cry not because of agony or pain, but cry because it can be so mentally draining!) (but I’m always proud when I get it done) You should be struggling to get the last couple reps of each set. If you aren’t, you’re probably going too light and you’re cheating yourself. I spent years doing the same weights over and over and over and OVER at the gym.
