I’m so happy with where I’m at in my journey right now. ✨
I’ve come out of that rut I’ve been speaking about in 2 previous posts 💪🏼.
My advice to someone who struggles living a happy healthy life: kick the “All or Nothing” approach. It works for many, and I take my hat off to them 👏🏼 but it’s a cycle which exhausts me as I over indulge after a couple days of strict eating, left feeling guilty and a failure. 🤚🏼 Bye bye to all that negativity. 🌷
I’m better off with a long-term approach toward my health and fitness 🌱✨ which entails drinking tons of water, eating wholesome and nutritious meals, moving my body one way or another everyday and living in a way which keeps me moving closer to my goals. ✨
This ALSO includes cupcakes 🧁 every now and then, burgers and milkshakes with friends, and the occasional choccie 🍫, all in moderation and just enough to keep myself sane 🧠.
I just want to encourage you girl, don’t give up and think you’re not cut out and good enough or strong enough to change your habits for the better, live healthy and become fit. Someone else’s way of doing it isn’t the only right way! 💕 treat yoself, just enough so that it contributes to fueling your progress and goals ⛽️.
