IGNORE THE SCALE! Wait, what?? This is exactly why sometimes you need to completely ignore the scale, between the photo on the left (Day 0) and the photo on the right (Day 54), I’ve actually gained about 5 lbs. It isn’t always about losing, but rather about what I’m gaining.
With my new program, I’ve been able to:
--Feel more confident
--Learn how to be patient and trust the journey
--Not obsess over the scale, I know I’m gaining muscle and if I follow my program, the weight will fall off eventually.
Even though I have more to lose and have weighed less than what you see here, I’m the healthiest and fittest I have EVER been and that's what's most important!! I’m running a Healthy Mindset group, starting next week!
