12 Woche, Tag 1🤸🏼‍♂️🦅🙌🏻 Es geht in die letzte Runde und jetzt heißt es nochmal Zähne zusammenbeißen. Man kann vieles trainieren, aber nicht zu schlafen. Dies fehlte mir wieder und so begann ich schon Kraftlos in das heutige Workout. Das bekam ich dann auch deutlich zu spüren! Ich musste einige kurze Pausen machen um nicht aufzugeben, doch am Ende habe ich jede einzelne Wiederholung geschafft. Meine Lektion daraus, bereite dich auf Anstrengungen vor, egal wie fit Du bist. I decently hate posting pics like this because INSECURE. But!!!! Hey look. I'm 160 pounds, about 13 pounds over my lowest weight! My goal is to reach 150 again because I loved the look of my body at that weight, and then when I begin really building muscle I'll be fine with whatever the scale says😊. I've been very back and forth with choosing a style of workouts for the past month or so but I believe I've found something I LOVE. I'm into fast pace, knock the breath out of you kinda stuff😍😍. So honestly, straight weight lifting isn't something I love! I’m working, on myself for myself. I’m perfect in anyway and I’m not afraid to show you guys when I was doing the workouts wrong either the last video I was doing the workout wrong. I’m a human I’m not I’m this crazy perfect workout Machine that has flawless workouts. Ps... don’t judge my pants... I didn’t feel like changing lol plus my pants didn’t slow me down at all they are very stretchy 😂 I’m also gonna have to buy some heavier weights I’m trying to push myself harder and harder because I know I can do it! (I doubled up on a couple workouts as you can see) 😂

🔙 Reverse #transformationtuesday 😂. I’m currently working on my #beforepic haha 😉🤰. First pic is one year ago, one year postpartum. Second pic is just a few days shy of 7 months into growing my third tiny nugget. Getting bigger everyday! But trying to soak it up and enjoy it. I know it will be over before I know it, and I’ll have to “suck it in” again. 🤣 That is probably one of the best perks about baby bumps haha. 🤰 • • Quick side 📝 Note since I’m talking about big bumps: I do think they need to come up with luxurious 😍“pregnancy towels.” I was telling my hubby that my towels just don’t fit around me comfortably like they used to (as I’m standing in my towel that fits about half of my body in it)...... Heavy or light weights🔥 by @trainwithchandru . There is a great debate between lifting with heavy or light weights. Some people think that you always have to lift heavy no matter what. Others think lifting heavy is only for strength training athletes and that the 8 to 12 rep range is where all the gains are made. . . However, you should be lifting all weights in all rep ranges. With the acception of a beginner who I believe should lift with light to moderate weights and work their way down throughout time to heavier weights, it is evident that lifting both heavy and lighter (a relative term) weights are paramount for building muscle mass. . . In addition, there are benefits to each that the other doesn't necessarily have. I like to structure my workout where I train with heavier loads at the beginning of my workout when I'm the freshest and lighter loads near the end though you can even structure your week so one workout is dedicated to heavier loads and the other is dedicated to lighter loads (e.g. upper heavy, lower heavy, upper light, lower light). . .
