We’ve all made the mistake of unevenly loading the bar. We usually go, “oh fuck,” and fix it. But what if we leave it uneven? What happens then? . Try purposefully loading the bar with a 10 pound weight difference on one side. Man, it taxes the nervous system in a way you might be uncomfortable with, but it’s so much fun and challenging. . I didn’t use clips, but that might be a good idea, if you aren’t sure of your strength or core stabilization. . Only rule: Don’t fall over! 😂😂😂 . I started my 4th workout challenge yesterday with the @katyhearnfit app! The “before” photos on the left are when i started my first challenge back in January and the photos on the right are from this morning after my workout! This fitness life is a journey i have come to realize. It is a lifestyle change and you don’t get fit or lose weight overnight. It’s definitely been hard to get where I am today and I’m not even close to being where I want to be. I have been going to the gym 5 times a week and have been more aware of the foods i am eating. But of course I’m going to enjoy life and I’m going to have the beer and wine and pizza every now and then and not feel guilty about it. I love how far i have come and The goals i have accomplished so far. I started diet by cutting carbs, drink herbal tea, skip meals and detox herbs yet failure to my health. I have a bad gastric and constipation due to long working hour. Thanks to my coaches like Cheryl, Benny, Phoebe & May Kwan who inspire me to participate in 10days challenge focusing on 80% of nutrition and 20% exercise. My target is to lose those flabby arms and legs. So I participate 2 seasons in 10days challenge where I change my eating habit into healthy lifestyle and do outdoor workout with lovely coaches. Surprisingly, my fats level drop by 2.2% and age younger from 31 to 27. With this results, I went up next level into 8 weeks Body Transformation Challenge and I have lost 1 layer of visceral fats, body fat drop by -8% and my body age from 27 to 18. I'm singing 18 sui pok pok chui. Now I live healthy lifestyle and no more skipping meal.
