So one of the highlights of my trip was getting to do a quick stretch in this gorgeous place 😍 My poor legs needed it after the hike up ⛰🏃🏽‍♀️. . In case you can't find any mountains, here's a quick lower body stretch you can do anywhere! Hold each stretch for 10-15 seconds 🧘🏻‍♀️. . It's true we have three main body types, but every person doesn't necessarily fall in exactly one of the three. Sometimes we can be a mix of different types. We can look at the body types as a triangle and you may be anywhere on it. The Endo and ectomorph are on the bottom while the top is the mesomorph which gets the advantageous characteristics from both the Ecto and Endomorph (lucky 😠) . . ⚠️Celebrities ⚠️ We often aspire to look like certain celebrities. Accidentally overexposed my run pictures from today 🤷🏼‍♀️whoops. It happens😭😭😭So I’ll have to settle with this run pic from last week. . . Today’s run was an 8 mile easy pace🏃🏼‍♀️. I had to work this morning and @iamadamhenry had plans to go watch John Wick at night. So the only time to sneak my run is was during the hottest part of the day🥵🥵and it was soooo hot. I’m not sure how I survived. It’s going I take a little longer until I feel acclimated to this🔥 hot weather again.
