These whole food capsules she gets daily. People are so surprised at how many veggies this baby eats and how she has loved her veggies from day 1 of solids. Although I totally expect her to go in and out of pickiness and have normal toddler/kid food tendencies 👶🏼👧🏼I am 100% positive that her exposure to over 30 fruits and veggies every single day since she was a tiny bundle of cells in my belly 🤰🏼has shaped her taste buds and food preferences. 🙌🏼 Her body knows and craves what she needs and has been nourished by the highest quality and heavily researched nutrition. These don’t replace eating plants, but just helps our bodies function and thrive better at a cellular level. There hasn’t been one day that her cells haven’t been flooded by these thousands of nutrients, and for that I am so so grateful 🙏💚🌱
