IT THAT TIME AGAIN!
Round 3 of Whole30 begins today!
New workouts have thrown a wrench in my hunger, habits, and usual food patterns.
Yesterday was pure chaos and today I woke with a strong understanding that today is a perfect day to reset my food habits with another round.
I am SUPER excited and love it already.
I already eat the same, approved, breakfast every day, and I eat the same, approved, massive salad, so it's really just a matter of making a big, full, beautiful, balanced plate for my third meal. Oh, and not deviating for a solid 30 days!
