Going to Herbavomit you for a minute. These products were essential these past 12 hours! 📍WEIGHT LOSS TRUTH📍 — A lot of coaches don’t like using body weight to track progress. They say it’s unreliable (which, at times, is true) and all it does is frustrated their clients. - I disagree. - Yes, body weight alone isn’t a great marker of progress, but it can be when it’s used correctly and alongside other forms of progress (like measurements and photos). - But here’s the problem...Most people don’t know how to “read” the scale. - They’ll see a small jump and freak out. Or they’ll have a big drop in weight followed by a week or two of no change and assume they’re plateaued... - Here’s the Truth ✅ —> Your weight will NOT go down linearly, day-to-day, or week-to-week. - For most people, it'll look like this: - They’ll have a big drop in weight (often referred to as a “whoosh”), go up a little, hold steady for a bit and then repeat the process. For some people this happens on a weekly basis, for some it’s a monthly basis. It really just depends on how YOUR body responds. - My advice? Use the scale to track your progress, but understand how it works and make sure you're using it the right way. - It’s not going to drop in a predictable fashion. It’ll go up and down sporadically, sometimes for no good reason at all. Knowing that, you should NOT freak out every day it doesn’t move your way. Wie in meiner Umfrage gestern abgefragt (und von  euch mit JA beantwortet)  stelle ich also heute die Jahresbilanz vor, die von Monat zu Monat um den Gewichtsverlust (hoffentlich) erweitert wird. . Der Januar lief soweit ja super für mich, alles war neu, ungewohnt und teilweise auch schwierig. Ich musste anfangen mir ungesundes Verhalten abzugewöhnen und gesundes abzugewöhnen, ich musste mich auch mit Skeptikern in meinem Umfeld auseinandersetzen und an den Punkt kommen mich und mein Ziel an erste Stelle zu setzen. Ich musste auch an den Punkt kommen die Schnauze von mir selbst voll zu haben und nicht hilflos da zu stehen mit einem Körper der mich nicht glücklich macht sondern aufzustehen und was dagegen zu tun. . Ja ich habe gesehen wie viele mehr abgenommen haben als ich in einem Monat aber das belastet mich nicht, ich plane langfristig mein Leben zu ändern und nicht so schnell so viel wie möglich abzunehmen nur um es mir dann 3 Monate später wieder doppelt drauf zu fressen. . Ich stecke mitten in meiner Reise und möchte jedem einzelnen der mich begleitet, unterstützt, pushed und fordert Danke sagen. . Und im Unterschied zu meinen sonstigen Posts möchte ich mir selbst danken, dass ich es endlich geschafft habe den Arsch hoch zu bekommen. 💪🏼 . Well I’m shocked! Lunch: creamy salmon (fresh salmon, pink salt, black pepper, coconut oil, grass fed butter, spinach, roasted sweet peppers, sun dried tomatoes, fresh lemon juice, onion, garlic, grated parmesan, Italian seasoning). Spag bowl with a speedy salad! Totally free!!!! If you are me, once you’ve taken a nice photo you then chuck on a sh*t load of coriander to you salad and HUGE HexA allowance of 65g reduced fat Feta over the lot!!! 😋😆 I wasn’t going to post that picture but it’s all about honesty right?! 😬 . . I made a huge batch so can use some for a lasagne over the weekend. Homemade spag bowl. 750g 5%fat minced beef, 2 carrots - diced small, 3 small or two decent sized onions - diced, 1 tsp oregano, 2 tsp lazy garlic, 2 oxo cubes (forgot to put in pic), 1 red wine stock pot, 2 tbsp tomato purée, 2 bay leaves, 1 can of chopped tomatoes and a carton of Passata. 1 cup of peas (optional) . . Fry off the carrots and onions in Frylight in a low heat. Leave the lid on so they sweat. Once softened, throw in the mince and brown off. Add all the rest of the bits in and let it bubble away on a low heat for 30mins or so. Add some water if needed. Serve with a speedy salad. 📍Struggling To Get Started? Try This!📍 ⠀  A lot of us struggle to stay focused and follow a nutrition program. Then suffer the consequences on the scale... if you’re not seeing the scale move we’ve got a challenge for you! ⠀  For the next month, I want you to implement as many (if not all) of these strategies as you can. ⠀  No cutting carbs 🍞, forgoing fat 🍳, or slashing sugar 🍭… ⠀  You need to eat fewer calories to lose weight, but if you go in with a list of “bad” foods you can’t have anymore, it’ll just worsen your relationship with food, and you may end up quitting altogether. ⠀  A better approach is to start ADDING healthy habits into your life👇 ⠀  Instead of eliminating foods… ✅ start adding more low-calorie veggies & lean protein ⠀  Instead of eliminating all snacks… ✅ keep snacks to once per day, and try to make it a fruit or protein. ⠀  Instead of eliminating liquid calories & sauces… ✅ start including more low/zero calorie alternatives. ⠀  It’s a bit more difficult to give generic advice with exercise, but(t🍑) something I live by is: “a little too little beats a little too much.” ⠀  Most people go 0 —> 100 with exercise… ⠀  They assume *more* is always *better* ⠀  If lifting 2-3 times per week is good, 6-7 times is better! If walking every day is good, running sprints every day is better! ⠀  Remember, you’re human 👱‍♂️ — not a robot 🤖 ⠀  Sure, crazy restriction with your diet and intense exercise might lead to faster weight loss at first… but for how long? ⠀  A few days? A full week? A month, perhaps? ⠀  It’s really just a matter of time before you burn out and have to, a) reassess your plan, or b) quit 👎 ⠀  So if you’re up for it, I’d love for you to give this a try! For one month, keep thing simple with this short list of strategies. ⠀  Best case scenario? It kickstarts your weight loss journey in a healthy, sustainable way. ⠀  Worst case scenario? Today’s trainer tip comes from @danellispt Do you want to develop your biceps? 21’s are a great way to do it. We kept it fairly light as had only just finished 100 reps on curling! I find it better to do this with an ez bar as it’s less strain on my wrists. So load up a bar, the rep range is - 7 from the bottom to half way up 7 from top to half way down 7 full range of motion This is horrible after a few sets but very effective for developing the bicep! If it’s not already in your routine, make room for it! You won’t be disappointed! #throwbackthursday comin’ in hot! What do these pictures have in common? Happiness. Pride. Keto. What changed? Education. ... ... My #ketojourney has spanned 3 years now and I’m still learning SO much. Keto has turned me into such a nerd, guys. 🤓 I became FASCINATED with the ‘how’ and ‘why’ behind my results, which has pushed me to seek and drink up all kinds of knowledge. In June 2018 (and even June 2017 if you swipe over one more picture), I was well immersed in my keto journey. By then I had hit my, eh, 10ish or so year low of 152 #, maintained it easily, and I felt great about it. I was really happy to “find myself” again. I continued soaking up knowledge from people like @livinlowcarbman and @healthfulpursuit and @ketogenicgirl and @drjasonfung and @sallyfallonmorell through their books, podcasts, and blogs. I started focusing more on REAL FOOD and the true nourishment that it provides. I still saw plenty of room for improvement in myself, and felt the strong tug to truly commit. I GOT REAL about my mental and nutritional deficiencies and what my body likes and doesn’t like. I sought out and read all about hormones and leveraged that knowledge to finally get mine in check through proper nutrition and limiting hormone disrupters. I scaled waaaay back on certain dairy even though it was “keto friendly”. I strengthened my intermittent fasting strategy and took it a step further with regular, healthful, controlled 36-72 hour fasts. I kept reading, and trying new foods for their therapeutic effects real nourishment, and strengthened my mental game. I continued finding inspiration in the amazing online keto/paleo/nutritional therapy communities — many of YOU. I found confidence in transitioning between keto and low carb in very strategic, controlled ways. I really started living my best life over the last 9 months. And what happened? 20 more pounds slipped away, almost unknowingly at points, and I hit my MIDDLE SCHOOL weight of 130 lbs.. I’ve lost over 100 stinkin’ pounds, guys. 👊🏼 I’m really, really proud of that — but NOT because I’m weight loss driven or ‘number on the scale’ driven, but because I’m HEALTH driven... and I’ve truly never felt healthier. ⬇️ at Portland, Michigan

LOVE A BUNLESS BURGER ❣ Such a quick and easy meal with an airfryer! 100g beef mince mixed with seasoning and pressed down into a ramiken!
