Trouble of getting constipated while on a diet?
There are many cases that diet eating is biased and you’ll experience constipation. 😣

① Eat vegetables 🍅
Dietary fibre contained in vegetables can promote bowel movement. *Recommendations*

② Please drink a lot of water 🥛
While on a diet, possibility is you’ll forget to drink water.
Please don’t. ※ Drink 1- 2 litres of water a day.
Refrain from tea, coffee and juice.
