I often got a messages How can do extended leg in down dog which is one before last post.
Here I'm sharing the little flow include extension leg in three leg downdog. This pose requires hip flexors, backbend and strength to keep balance. •First try to keep balance in three leg down dog with grab your leg.
Please forget about extending the leg at this moment. If mind working to extension , you might lose balance.
Working, searching strong ground in here.
•Second , once you find stability, next step is leg extension. While you extend your leg try to keep your Hip looking DOWN. It's hard to keep hip position like a down dog, but if hip turn outside too much, you might fall down. So just keep in mind Hip looking Down
(Good news. even you fall, you will go in a wild thing 😉and from falling, you will learn which part you need to work more.) •Third, don't rush. It takes time. Enjoy every moment.
