Привет друзья! Ну что, период холодов постепенно подходит к концу, пора готовить фигуру к лету! 😅 ⠀ Я уже писала пост о том, что завтраки по Аюрведе должны быть легкие, в идеале - фрукты. Дабы основную порцию еды съедать в обед, когда метаболизм самый высокий. Тогда и ужин будет лёгким 👌 ⠀ Но фрукты в холодное время хочется не всем. Они могут охлаждать тело и повышать Вата-дошу 🌬 ⠀ Отличная альтернатива - фрукты (например, яблоки или груши) на пару, со сладкими специями (корица, ваниль, кардамон). ⠀ Для меня лучший вариант - фруктовые супы на ореховом молоке🥭🍓🥥 ⠀ #Рецепт простой: ✅Любые некислые фрукты ✅Ореховое молоко ✅Сироп топинамбура или мёд ✅Сладкие специи ⠀ Молоко подогреть до Т 40, добавить специи, подсластитель и порезанные кубиком фрукты по вкусу. A restaurant where the head chef has a meat is murder tattoo 😻 is my kind of restaurant! If you happen to be in London, I would highly recommend checking out the new Stem + Glory restaurant near St. Paul’s Cathedral. It was indeed a glorious meal! I tried the Oriental Avocado and Beetroot Tartare, Mango Cheviche and Baked Batata, Blue Corn Tacos with Marinated Jack Fruit and “The Parillada” Roasted Vegetables and baked vegetable “meats” all finished off with a gorgeous Raw Raspberry Cheesecake. Good morning, started this beautiful day with a creamy COCONUT YOGHURT CHIA PUDDING for breakfast. Topped with super ripe mango and my homemade granola. It’s already a beautiful sunny morning. The birds are tweeting and the air smells of spring 😄 I’m in love with mornings like these 💚. . . . For the chia pudding: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup light coconut milk Sweetener 200g coconut yoghurt Combine both ingredients well and let it rest overnight in the fridge. In the morning I mix about 1/3-1/2 of the chia pudding with the yoghurt to desired texture and let it sit for 5 min. Soy yoghurt with fruit, nuts and seeds for breakfast today. I actually had a moment to enjoy this while Freddie was napping and Brad having his lay in. It's not always possible when your're mumming but I try to switch everything off at least once a day and give my food my attention. How often are we mindlessly putting food into our mouths without thinking while busy on our phones or watching tele that we don't get chance to think about the flavours and feel truly satisfied after? I ate this quietly and slowly with the window open listening to the birds chirping. Feeling this bowl of yum nourishing my cells 😋. I thought about all the things I am grateful for and just became aware of everything my senses pick up. I've not always had the best relationship with food (like many) and so I find this practice monumental and so important for maintaining a god relationship with myself and food. Começar este sábado cheio de ☀️ com umas belas panquecas de Pequeno Buda de Banana e Maçã da @iswariofficial 💕✨ Que saudades eu tinha das minhas panquequinhas, já não comia há muito! ☺️ Servi com puré de maçã caseiro e Sementes de Sabedoria 😋 Para fazer o puré basta descascar maçãs, cortar em cubinhos, colocar num tacho com um bocadinho de nada de água e deixar cozer em lume brando. Receita: - 1 chávena de farinha de espelta - 1/2 chávena de farinha de aveia - 1 1/2 chávena de bebida vegetal - 5 colheres de sopa de Pequeno Buda - 1 ovo de linhaça - 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó - 1 colher de sopa de geleia de agave - 1 colher de sobremesa de óleo de côco derretido - 1 colher de café de canela em pó - 1 colher de café de bicarbonato de sódio Começar por preparar o ovo de linhaça: misturar 1 colher de sopa de linhaça moída e 3 de água e reservar. Numa taça, misturar os ingredientes secos. Adicionar os líquidos, mexer muito bem e só depois incluir o ovo de linhaça que já deve estar com uma consciência gelatinosa. Se for possível, deixar a massa repousar 10min. Cozinhar as panquecas.

IT'S DESSERT WEEK! Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf! 🍋 @alexafuelednaturally Makes 10 slices Tag a friend, grab recipe below and make this ASAP. Ingredients: 3 cups @bobsredmill all-purpose flour 1 cup organic cane sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp baking powder 1 3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened 1 cup refined coconut oil, melted 2 tsp vanilla extract 4 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp lemon zest 4 tbsp @bobsredmill poppy seeds Glaze: 1 cup organic powdered sugar 1-2 tbsp lemon juice Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9"x 5" loaf pan with coconut oil and lightly dust with flour and set aside. 2. In a large bowl whisk together almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, lemon juice and lemon zest. 3. Next add cane sugar to the liquid and whisk. Then add salt,  baking powder and mix. 4. Gradually add flour  1 cup at a time to the liquid, whisking in between. 5. Once batter is mixed well and is smooth...To the batter, add 4 tbsp of poppy seeds and mix until well incorporated. 6. Grab your greased pan and pour batter to the pan, spread evenly. 7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan at least 10 minutes. 9. For the glaze simply place powered sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl and whisk together until smooth. 10. Pour the glaze on the loaf and spread it around to fully cover the top of the bread. Vegan cake by @vanelja ❤️ Recipe: Ingredients Cake:⠀ ½ cup oat milk⠀ 4 tbsp ground flax seeds⠀ 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted⠀ ⅔ cup applesauce, unsweetened⠀ 1 tsp apple cider vinegar⠀ 1 tsp vanilla extract ⠀ 1 cup almond meal⠀ ⅔ cup oat flour (or grind rolled oats in the blender)⠀ ½ cup coconut sugar⠀ 2 tsp baking powder⠀ tiny pinch sea salt⠀ ⠀ Filling & on top:⠀ Coconut whipped cream or soy whip⠀ fresh berries⠀ banana⠀ almond flakes⠀ ⠀ Tin diameter: 16-18 cm / 6,5 - 7 inches⠀ ⠀ Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F degrees. Mix the oat milk and ground flax in a small bowl and leave to thicken for 10 mins. In the meantime measure the coconut oil, applesauce, apple cider vinegar and vanilla in a big bowl and stir well. Mix the almond meal, oat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt in another bowl and mix then with the wet ingredients. Stir in also the flax gel. Grease a cake tin with coconut oil and pour in the cake dough. Bake for about 40-45 mins, until a toothpick comes out clean. Note that the texture of the cake should be a bit moist. Take the cake out of the oven and let cool completely. Split the cake in two with a sharp knife. Fill with coconut whipped cream or soy whip and banana slices. Set the other half on top of the lower half and frost the cake with coconut whipped cream or soy whip and place lots of fresh berries on top. Finalize with edible flowers. Enjoy! Morning beautiful people!! As it’s Saturday I’m sharing Pancakes with you!! Thick oaty cinnamon pancakes with bananas, almond butter and cashews ❤️ A good breakfast is the perfect way to celebrate the weekend!! These are 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup nut milk (maybe less, add it slowly so it’s not too liquidy!), 1 flax egg, pinch salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix all together and let it sit for 5 mins so the oats absorb the moisture. Then pan fry in spoonfuls until each side is golden with a crisp. ❤️Rote Bete Schokokuchen❤️ guten Morgen ihr Lieben☀️🤗 was für ein geiles Wetter ist das bitte🤩 schreit nach raus in die Natur heute🌼 Hier mal ein super saftiges und fluffiges Rezept für Schoko Liebhaber 🤤 Sabbergefahr ... Rezept: 150g XYLIT Flavor Drops Chocolate Cokos 220g Dinkelmehl 50g Backkakao 2Tl Backpulver 1/2Tl Natron Orangenabrieb 1 Prise Salz 100ml Mandelmilch 100g Soja Kirschjoghurt @alpro 50ml Öl 1Tl Zitronensaft 1Tl Apfelessig 200 Gramm Rote Bete gegart Die Rote Bete mit dem Xucker und den Flavor pürieren, bis keine Stücke mehr vorhanden sind. Die trockenen Zutaten mischen. Die flüssigen Zutaten mit der Roten Bete mixen und zu den trockenen geben. Verrühren, bis eine homogene Masse entsteht. Das ganze in eine Form geben und bei 180°C 30-40 Minuten backen. My husband likes making me scrambled tofu with red pepper and rocket 😍 for breakfast. He uses silken tofu so it's soft and resembles the texture of scrambled egg. Turmeric is a great way to make the tofu yellow and adds a lovely flavour. If you want an egg-like taste, I'd recommend using a little black salt. Have you tried this?
