Fell asleep trying to post this one. 😬 So I’m back at it! Did the: 🤸🏻‍♀️Double Arm Waves - 30 secs 🤸🏻‍♀️Alternating Arm Waves - 30 secs 🤸🏻‍♀️Bar Hang - depended on my grip strength (the bar was wet) 🤸🏻‍♀️Pike Push-Ups - 12 reps For 4 sets! It was raining, so the #battleropes were heavier, and the #pullupbar was wet. I was hesitating to workout when I saw the rain, but I remembered that I’m training for the #spartanrace in two weeks. It might rain as well on the race day, or the racers before me might have muddy hands, so I thought that this would be a #challenge. The weather today has completely taken over my mood... Woke up from nightmares and continuously thinking of my mom 🤦‍♀️ no matter what I did to take my mind off it, or occupy my mind, nothing worked... So first thing I do when I got home? 🤔 Made some magical juice, sipped on it while watching some of my favorite YouTubers, attempted drawing... Mood didn't allow it to happen, so after I finished the drink, I pressed play and just focused on my form. I wasn't as worried about how many reps I do or how fast I do them, or even if they were perfect.. I only focused on holding my core (biggest issue:... Arms and core progress😁🏋️‍♀️💪 This everyday ab challenge I've been doing has been surprising! While my abs are still hiding under some stubborn fat, I did not expect that my core would transform it's shape, basically everything is being pulled together and moving inward. . . Dynamic upper day with another round of 6x6 for flat bench. Increased the weight about 3.5% to 285 this week. Sets 1-4 went decent, but fatigue set in for sets 5 & 6. Video is sets 4 and 5. Could only manage 4 reps on set 5 and 5 reps for the last set unfortunately. Next week I’ll drop the weight down some and start this cycle again with 8x8. This was really the only movement I did for the front of the body, the rest was all back related.
