Lovely readymade soup from @aldi_ireland Only 45kcal per 100g so free on plan. Sambo using @aldi_ireland thins bread.. 60g free healthy carb. Olive oil spread (1 bite), turkey slices, lettuce, onion and tomato.. Such a filling lunch.. getting all the elements of our plan in. Forgot to post my meals today.. So for breakfast i had 2 boiled eggs.. I love mine hard I hate a runny egg.. how do you like yours?? I teamed it with 2 slices of @mccambridgebread and a frozen fruit smoothie. For lunch I had my fave Tuesday Lunch.. A homemade Lean Mince Burger. Only 0.5bite for the extra 10g in the bap. Used NAS Ketchup and lots of onion to get my portions right.. Dinner was a fab Spagetti Bolonaise.. I bulked it out with onion and veg again to get the portions right.. Down 2.5lb this week Total loss of 4lb Not Really been posting but I'm absolutely loving #Unislim. I find it so easy to follow while dealing with a busy life. Loving the #bite system which allowed ke to have a Chinese during the week. Ive decided to change my weigh day to Sunday because I can overspend on my Sunday Dinner and pull it back during the week .
