I made 2 lots of satay sauce from The Daly Dish, tag on pic, this sauce is unreal, I love satay from Chinese and this is so much nicer 😍 So I'm freezing them, I'll have one with chicken and veg as my fakeaway Saturday evening, the other there just ready. In this the only bites are 1 tbls of mayflower curry powder and 1 tbls of peanut butter per portion.
Cottage Pie for the win! I really should have taken a picture of the inside to show you but I was too busy eating it.
Ingredients: 4% mince, carrot, 2 onions, garlic, oxo cube, gravy granules, 200g potatoes with skin left on and a cauliflower the size in the second picture. Make as you would any other cottage pie except mash the potato and cauliflower together so that you stick to your carbs allowance and get in the veg while feeling like you just ate your own weight in potato 😂 if you do the whole butter/milk in the mash you will need to count your bites!
1 bite for dinner! Roast chicken, ham done in slow cooker, carrots and parsnips, Brussel sprouts, gravy made from water off carrots and parsnips, stuffing, roasties and marrowfat peas, didn't eat it all 🤣 #unislimireland
