Sometimes it’s a quote that motivates us, or it’s music. or a book, or a person. Often times, though it is something simple said. Today it is the statement “I am enough”. .
How many times in life do we let the negative connotation of not being enough creep into our thoughts, words and actions? .
So how do you change this? .
You have a choice to tear yourself down or to praise yourself daily and fall in love with who you are. .
It starts with changing your words. .
Look into the mirror start with I am lovable, I am great, I am worthy, I am deserving of love, I am worth it, I matter, I have something to offer... make sure you are saying it thinking it by writing notes to yourself to remind yourself until it becomes a part of who you really are. .
Note to self, you are worthy. .
