Why are there unicorn gift bags in our new mini fridge?
I GIFT myself every week and I am reminding myself and sharing with you that gift. Meal prepping!!! ----umm Jen that is kind of a boring gift---- That is what I would have thought in the past. Not anymore. I honestly look at meal prepping as making gifts for my week. It is gifting myself more time because I'm not trying to figure out or plan what is for lunch or dinner. It gifts my future self more money. (sincerely, following a plan saves you money. Check your bank account debits and add them up if you don't follow a plan, you will see how much you spend out plus your grocery bill and you will want what I have to offer!) It stops the "what do you want to eat debate" in my house. It takes stress off my future self and gives back to me over and over. I feel so much more energy and a self satisfaction eating what I prepare over my old going out for lunch life.
Meal planning and prepping is honestly one of the biggest parts of evicting over 100 lbs and keeping it off for over a year now and it is planning according to my nutrition courses and using our tools that has me really set up for success.
Honestly, when you fail to plan you plan to fail. This weekend reminded me of how much this is true since being down to just our freezer since Friday morning. I honestly can't even fill this one until Wednesday because it was sideways in transit tonight SO I mini meal prepped and have my meals in the freezer ready for Monday - Wed. Thanks to some tips from my support crew I also got some tuna and other options to fill in the blanks and help me stay on track.
After work on Wednesday I can stop at the store and fill this baby up properly.
If you struggle in this area I have the tools and crew ready to help you. Let's chat and get you gifting yourself more money, less stress, and more energy, and more time!!!! at Whitehall
