Another day to set your goals
Another day to smash that workout
Another day to prep that food
Another day to make the right choices
Goals ✅- everyday I get that little bit closer to achieving those goals and then instantly replace it with a new one when it’s achieved. Write them down 📝
Workout🏋🏼♀️- recently I have been suffering from a reoccurring back injury and it has put me all out of sink. I’m used to training 4-5 times a week at high intensity and I have had to cut it down to once a week and then supplement my other training sessions to a lower impact. It is so frustrating but I know it’s my bodies way of telling me I need to slow down. So as much as I’m missing those addictive endorphins I will be patient and then be ready to get back to it.
So no matter whether it’s time or an injury stopping you, adapt and move that body.
Food 🍓- lately I have been all over the place and a lot of changes have happened so I have lost my routine, which means I haven’t MADE the time to prep my food. I will confess it’s not my favourite thing to do but when it’s done it feels great. It is so much easier to stay on track and also it will make such a difference to your body, mood, energy levels and how you train.

I HATE food shopping so I plan all my meals write down what I need and then use the wonders of online shopping 💻
The right choices ✔️❌- there is no right or wrong. Life is all about balance. If you have set yourself a goal it does make you think twice before you make that choice of ..... eating that chocolate bar, having that glass of wine or not moving off the sofa and to go outside.
By setting those goals, prepping your food and going to that workout you are already on the right track! 💪🏻
