Is computer work giving you headaches, shoulder tension, or neck pain? Try to remember the importance of getting out of your chair at least every hour, moving, and doing a few stretches. A little movement goes a long way if you do it often enough! .
Try this short routine a couple of times a day: 🔸Raise your shoulders up, up, up toward your ears, then let them drop. Inhale on the way up, exhale when releasing. Repeat 3 times.
🔸Roll your shoulders backward 3-4 times, making those circles as big as you can.
🔸Stretch out your chest, with your arms behind you and fingers interlaced.
🔸Stand (or sit) tall and squeeeeeeeze your shoulder blades together 5 times.
🔸Drop your chin toward your chest, then slowly roll your right ear to the right shoulder, back to the middle, then left ear to left shoulder. Briefly hold the stretch 2-3 times on each side.
