Hate cardio? Running for 30 mins or more is boring to you?!! We’ll switch it up!! Try swimming, boxing, or a recreational sport!! I love running but only after years of fighting trough the initial boring moments... now I use it as meditation. But either way cardio must be part of your fitness in order to have a complete healthy life and to get those extra results you want. @evolve.nation is killing it with a great amount of cross training in her workout regimen!!
