3 years of stabbing myself in the leg, 3 years of ups and downs, 3 years of the 3 H's (hunger, hair, horniness), 3 years of growth, physically and emotionally. 3 years of increased confidence. .
Making this helped me realize how much I've changed, especially since 1 year. Seriously, patience was key, many of my significant changes happened slowly, well after a year on hormones. Even so, I used to notice every voice drop, every new hair, every small change that only I could see. I recorded every weekly or monthly voice log. I counted down the days until my next shot. Now, I don’t even remember not having facial hair or a hairy chest. I forget I even have to do a shot and end up on different days. I'm grateful everyday for testosterone, but most days I don’t even think about it anymore. I just am. .
