Hello hello👋 Zdjęcie przedstawia moja najgorsza partie odrazu po nogach.Plecy zawsze były moja słabą strona ze wzgledu takiego ze poprostu nie potrafiłem ich robić i tez przez nieregularnosc treningow.Przez 1,5roku w sumie treningow zle technicznie wykonywanych,typu:brak sciagania łopatek,pracowanie w wiekszosci bicepsem,tricepsem czy tam barkiem az wkoncu od 6 miesiecy,moge przyznac ze jakos powoli to zaczyna wygladac ,technika poszla dużo wyzej,zarazem jak i z jakoscia i siła i tera tylko cisnac dalej i sie kształtować a najbliższy szkoleniach na ktore sie wybieram @uczymyzywienia w Poznaniu i do @centrumszkolensportowych na wzorce ruchowe. Tra le feste di Natale, il viaggio a Londra e il mio compleanno, sono stata contattata da molte persone incredule del fatto che mangiassi "sporco" anch'io. - " Ah ma mangi anche tu come noi quindi?!?!" Si, quando il contesto e il periodo lo richiedono, si! Mi rilasso anch'io! Ma lo faccio perchè il giorno dopo so che tornerò al mio stile di vita, tornerò ad alzare bilancieri di 100kg. Non mi nego una cena fuori al compleanno, non mi nego il pranzo di Natale, non mi nego schifezze durante un viaggio ma solo perchè so quando fermarmi, so che durante l'anno mi alleno e mangio bene. Ci sono mesi in cui mi rilasso un pò e mi concedo più cose e mesi in cui chiedo di più a me stessa e mi limito di più. Se vi schiattate la testa tutto l'anno a tavola, se non fate attività fisica, no, non va bene! UNDERSTANDING ANTERIOR TILT!!! [@posturepro] . . From a muscular perspective, an anterior pelvic tilt is maintained in place by the shortening of the hip flexors, and the lengthening of the hip extensors. Over time, this tension can change the shape of the spine . . The common methods to help this type of posture are exercises or stretches, but neither of the two address the CAUSE!!!! . . When looking at the most popular literature, the causes of an anterior pelvic tilt are UNKNOWN!!! . . This is because most therapies focus ONLY on muscles, and since the muscles respond to the brain, working on stretching or strengthening the muscles cannot change your habits on a permanent basis. . . 💎 Force plate studies have shed some light on this condition... your pelvic tilt is influenced by the weight distribution on your feet and the way that your eyes track the horizon, but as well...whether or not you have scars located on your torso and whether or not you have a class II occlusion (jaw posture) . . You see, more that 85% of us have abnormal breathing patterns - which promotes mouth breathing - once mouth breathing becomes the preferred choice, phyisiological changes in your anatomy (maxillary/teeth) push our head forward and challenge your center of gravity - leading to abnormal muscular tension and poor posture . . ANTERIOR TILT ➡️⬅️Muscles Shortened Erector spine Quadratus Lumborum Iliopsoas Rectus Femoris . ↔️Muscles Lengthened Gluteus Maximus Hamstrings Rectus abdominis External abdominal oblique . As mentioned, generally the common plan to fix an anterior tilt is to stretch the shortened muscles and strengthen the lengthened muscles! It is possible to get results doing so, but there is a better way!!! This way is called postural recalibration. . . NECK TENSION (@posturepro) . . The suboccipitals are a set of muscles located in the back of your neck under your occiput (base of your skull) 💀 . . There are four pairs of muscles that are responsible for subtle movements between the skull and the first and second vertebrae in the neck: . . 1⃣Rectus Capitis Posterior Minor (Mi) 2⃣Rectus Capitis Posterior Major (Ma) 3⃣Obliquus Capitis Superior (Ocs) 4⃣Obliquus Capitis Inferior (Oci) . . These muscles are also located in a common area known to develop trigger points that cause headaches 🤕. . . There are many different types of headaches. One of the more common headaches is the suboccipital headache. . . When the suboccipital muscles go into spasms they can entrap the nerves that travel through the suboccipital region. . . By compressing the suboccipital nerves they set off a series of events that lead to either a tension or a migraine like headache. . . 📓Did you know that the suboccipitals are intimately connected to our 👁👁 muscles. Improper eye movement can influence the tension of  the suboccipitals. And since 9 people out of 10 have a convergence insufficiency, you can now understand why headaches are so common. . . 📣If you get regular headaches, start doing the eye exercises that I posted in another @posturepro post - these will address the cause of the pain. . 🎾You can also try to temporarily release the tension of these muscles by applying pressure on your neck with a tennis ball, lacrosse ball or acuball . . 👉 Place the ball at the base of your skull, gently allow your head to relax then start to do chin tucks for 5-10 seconds at a time every minute.
