Hey Leute, Die erste Journeywoche ist rum. Cardio wird nie so ganz meins, aber jetzt wird das durchgezogen 😅 Das Wetter war heute so bombig, dass ich heute draußen trainiert habe. Vorher gab es noch einen schönen 7k-Marsch durch den Wald 🙂 Alles in allem also ein guter Tag. Morgen früh gehts dann wieder an die Kletterwand. Alles in allem läuft es mit dem Sport im Alltag also ziemlich gut. Die Woche steht noch ein 8k Lauf an. Throwback to the other day when I did my first ever attempt of deadlifting 100kg and I pulled it for not 1..but 2 reps😇👏🏻 This has been my strength goal since I first starting working out and I’ve finallyyyyyy done it🙌🏼 . . 8 weeks into the new year already! 😮 How many of you are still getting after your new years resolutions? When it comes to resolutions revolving around fitness, most newcomers usually tend to branch off/give up on their fitness goals around the 2-3 month mark due to lack of motivation and drive. A few main causes of this usually come from not having specific enough goals, not having enough time, or just simply not finding training sessions fun and exciting. However, all 3 of these things can easily be fixed with a simple tactic. Workout with friends. As a beginner, working out with a friend or two can dramatically increase your motivation and drive to improve, hold you accountable for workout days, help push you to reach goals that you may think were too difficult to attain, and keep the workout going at a fast pace to ensure you have the time.
