Been a little bit of a rough week. I got sick on Monday and missed my run. Ran an easy 4 on Tuesday instead of my workout. Got 7 in yesterday and 5 today. I hate having an off week 😟 but I was so happy to back out on the pre dawn roads yesterday. It just feels right (once I’m out there of course, not when my alarm goes off) I have 17-18 on the schedule tomorrow and a winter storm forecasted. Hoping for the best ✊🏻
