Spiermassa opbouwen is geen lineair proces. HOW MUCH CARDIO SHOULD U DO? Depends on ur current state and ur goal. 1. If you are a beginner to gymming, cardio will help you build stamina. 3days cardio a week will be good. 2. If you have passed beginner stage and trying to lose fat, include cardio 10-15mins post strength training for 2 days. And 1 day do steady state cardio. 3. If u r trying to gain muscles, include only HIIT cardio post strength training. Avoid steady state cardio.
