Usually you have to use different drills and training equipment to aid with strengthening the key muscles and fundamentals of each gear. NOT ANYMORE. The SHREDmill PROXL allows you to work each of these phases or gears all on 1 machine. The best part is, it directly correlates to the ground.
Listen to the coach 🗣 the instructions for each gear.
1. PUSH BEHIND YOU gear 2
2. EYES UP transition to gear 3
3. PULL gear 3 transition to 4
Notice each gear he works on, his speed increases, just like when you "change gears" on the ground. He cant get the SHREDmill to his top speed in gear 2, just like the ground, it's going to require him to transition to the proper mechanics for the next gear. As long as he's gaining speed each gear he knows he is hitting his transitions. Did we mention you can go back and check your top speed for each run to make sure your improving as well?
