Finally Kym is looking after herself 😁🙏🙏🙏
20+ years of Muay Thai and the hard training it demands, flogging herself as expected, and loads of previous training in school with athletics, running and the list goes on.
Injuries as a kid, compiling, multiple breaks, twisted ankles - and just kept on going.... Kym is the true example of tough.
Now those that have "embraced' Dit Da Injury therapy understand it can be somewhat a little challenging when dealing with old injuries (new injuries are easy and respond quickly with less pain). Obviously am using creativity when I say challenging - however, you get sorted, and rewarded with improvement of movement, reduction in pain, and the healthy happy demeanor returns.
I can happily say Kym is Dit Da tough and the perfect example of the saying that women have a high pain threshold..... Wow -😂👍👍🙏
Kym had tried literally everything and the constant pain, restriction in her calves and hips, and immobility were finally breaking her to tears and no hope.
Happy to say she is now walking her 12hr shifts in security, with a renewed vigour.
Life is ready to be embraced again, and returning to training 😂👍🙏
Warrior women, and with feminine - it's refreshing to observe.
