I know I only share progress on the Smiths but I swear it isn’t the only workout I am doing 😂😛 Back squats are usually in between warmups and the actual target specific muscle group workout for that day.. And it’s been really fun to watch myself push through my limits and to keep doing it on a weekly basis.. 🏋️♀️ Currently up to 150lbs back squats for this week!
This week I've travelled over 1500km to get to and from presentations. A ✈️ a day but it's been worth it 💕
