In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well. You can thaw the frozen corn in the pasta cooking water in the last 3-4 minutes of cooking time. 2. Rewinding to last week when I was in New Orleans @tableaubarbistro and to one of my favourite dishes on this trip so far - classic shrimp and grits with gravy. Healthy snackin’ over here ☺️ . We eat pretty clean lost of the time but little things had snuck in over the winter and it’s time to get back into the habit and *mindset* of healthier eating. . I don’t like the word “strict” when it comes to eating because I’m not limiting the amount I eat — just being intentional and selective. Mindful. . It’s so easy to mindlessly grab a snack and then oops! The whole bag of chips is gone — even though they might be healthier, a whole@bag is not 😳 (hello, @sietefoods nacho). . So be mindful of your choices. Chew slowly. Drink water. Give your brain time to realize what you’re eating, when you’re eating, and how you’re eating. E a resposta à pergunta de ontem é: galette de ruibarbo e maçã! Inovei um pouco na massa e substituí uma parte da farinha por polenta (sêmola de milho), ficou ainda mais crocante. D-e-l-i-c-i-o-s-a! Jeg spiser bare osten på toppen jeg, så kan gubben få resten" - Dronning Sonja _________________________________________________________ Dette trenger du📝 3 store kyllingfileter 5 sjampinjonger, skivet 2 gulrøtter, skivet 1 liten søtpotet, tynt skivet 🥔 Våtløk, skivet Ost til topping, revet Til sausen: 3 store kyllingfileter🐥 2 løk, grovhakket 1 boks tomater hakket🍅 1 boks kokosmelk🥥 4cm ingefær, finhakket 1 chili, hakket med frø 1ss sriracha🌶️ 1 liten neve fersk koriander 1ss peanøttsmør🥜 1ss spisskummen 1ts kanel 1ts gurkemeie 1ts røkt paprika Salt & Pepper _________________________________________________________ Slik gjør du: 1- Sett ovnen på 250°C. Sett kyllingen inn i en ildfast form til bruning. 2- Samtidig steker du løk og ingefær i en kjele på medium-lav varme til det er gyldent. 3- Ha så oppi hvitløk, chili og gulrøtter. La det surre sammen med løken i ca. 5 min. 4- Ha så oppi tomatene, kokosmelken, peanøttsmøret, sriracha og krydderet. Rør godt, og stavmix til en guffen røre 👊 Obs! Ikke glem kyllingen! Ta den ut når den har fått litt farge, men vær litt kritisk til valg av solkrem. Noen av de har kreftfremkallende stoffer i seg 🤭 5- Ha så gulrøttene og soppen i sausen og la det koke i ca. 10min. 6- Legg søtpotet i bunnen av formen, så kylling, så saus! 7- Stek på 200°C til potetene er møre og osten er gylden. 8- Topp med vårløk og litt ostemasse du har liggende. Cook rice noodles according to instruction, set aside. 2. In a small pot, boil bean sprout for 5 minutes on medium high heat. set aside. 3. In a large pot, fry garlic, onion, cayenne, chilli flakes in a little bit of water for 5 minutes on medium high heat. 4. Add in carrot, stir fry for another 5 minutes. 5. Dissolve miso paste in veggie stock. 6. Add veggie stock, tomato sauce, coconut milk to the pot. 7. Bring the soup to a boil, add in tofu, broccoli, salt, stir well. 8. Add in noodles, simmer for another 5 minutes on medium heat. 9. Place in a large soup bowl, garnish with green onions, bean sprout, chilli talked. Happy Wednesday! We’re halfway through the week and guess what? We have Monday off! ✨ What are your big plans for this weekend?🌤 This weekend we made a health-ier pizza 😊 it was a margherita pizza with very little fresh mozzarella to keep the calories low 😉 homemade pizza is definitely the best, this way you know exactly what you’re eating. Recipe: - active dry yeast (1 packet) - 2 teaspoons granulated sugar mixed into the warm water + yeast - 1 and 1/4 cups warm water - 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour - 1 2/3 cups of whole wheat flour - 1 teaspoon salt - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil plus 1 tablespoon to put into bowl when dough is resting - 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) 1. Dissolve yeast with sugar and warm water. Rest for 5 minutes 2. Add whole wheat flour ( 1 cup 2/3) to mixing bowl,salt, olive oil, yeast mix, and garlic. Mix until combined 3. Add the rest of the flour. 4. Mix at medium speed until well combined and formed into a ball. 5. Add olive oil to bowl and let rest for 45minutes 6. Bake at 375 until golden brown at Fort Lauderdale, Florida
