#TeneriffaWoche auf #flipflopblog: Vulkaninseln faszinieren uns. Die Kanaren ebenso wie Hawaii. Überall kann man die Kraft der Erde sehen und spüren. 🌋 Die Unerbittlichkeit, mit der die heiße Lava alles Leben zerstört. Und ihm gleichzeitig neuen Raum bietet. Man kann beobachten, wie das Leben sich wieder durchsetzt. 🌱Erst im Kleinen und dann immer deutlicher. So ist auf Lanzarote, wo die letzten großen Vulkanausbrüche noch gar nicht so lange her sind, die Lavalandschaft extrem karg, kaum ein Strauch wächst dort, aber hier und da gibt es erste Pflanzen oder Flechten. 🌿Im Teide Nationalpark auf Teneriffa findet sich auch eine sehr vulkanische Landschaft, aber hier hat sich das Leben über die Zeit schon wieder mehr Räume erobert. Geniale Zweitagestour auf den höchsten Berg Spaniens, den fast 4000m hohen Teide. Am ersten Tag ging es bis zum Refugio Altavista, von welchem wir am nächsten Tag mit Stirnlampenlauf Richtung Teidegipfel starten. Rechtzeitig vor Sonnenaufgang oben sahen wir die Sonne dann genau über Gran Canaria aufgehen. Auf dem Abstieg noch den Pico Viejo mit etwas über 3000m bestiegen und dann wieder zum Ausgangspunkt zurück. #sportmachtspass #teide #teidenationalpark #picoviejo #megamarsch #megamarschmünchen #nichtwandernkannjeder #traumwanderung #sonnenaufgang #urlaub at Teide
