Surrender. Self- surrender. I am keep learning to surrender to Life and accept any situation which I am going through. .
Reading the book by Babu Ji :
. “... When untoward things happen in life, we must learn from those moments. Instead of fighting, learn from them. Try to solve those problems without getting frustrated. If we get frustrated, our minds will be disturbed. When the very radar, the very guide that is within us is disturbed, there will not be guidance from within. We will not be able to make the right decisions. So when challenges are there, we have to become extra alert in a very nice way. Instead of fighting, invite it. .
Accept miseries. Not accepting them, we will never understand their purpose. What could they have done to us? To where could they have taken us, to what levels? All these things will be missed out the moment we reject certain unwanted things in life. Go through it peacefully, with a quiet heart, with a bold heart, though with a lot of courage. Once you go through certain situations in life, you will emerge stronger than you were before.
If you don’t accept them, you will not learn anything. .
In a way you can say mastery is nothing but a life full of mastery of so many things: mastery of pain, mastery of pleasure, mastery of everything. Every situation is in your hand and in your control on a balanced way, in a moderate way. .
So accept in every situation, and if you want to go further, graduate beyond acceptance to cheerful acceptance. .
That’s is absolute acceptance, and that is total surrender. Because in that surrender ther is no anticipation, you are always in the present. You are not anticipating anything better. You have accepted it. A person who goes on anticipating better moments can never be happy. You accept this and make peace with the world, make peace with yourself and that is the end of your life. You have mastered your life...”- from the book Designing Destiny by Kamlesh D. Patel. #surrender #selfsurrender #designingdestiny at Sivananda Ashram Kerala
