#bearmode is going pretty well, I’m no longer as tone as I used to be but the size more than makes up for it! I gotta say the hardest part in trying to build muscle has been telling your self it’s ok to eat and not to overthink everything thing that goes into your mouth. If anything, there’s never a set “goal” it evolves and changes with time based on your priorities. Few months ago I was focused on getting as lean as I possibly could, whereas recently the goal has been to gain strength and build some size. Success should always be measured based on your own standards and not standards you think other people expect out of you. Fun fact, I’ve totally tossed keto and fasting out the fort during this bulking period since it didn’t compliment my current goals, but you can be sure in a month or two, I probably start switching strategies to get that #summerbody 😎😂 we’ll see how that goes... it’s been really liberating being able to eat anything you want during the bulking stage knowing that it’s actually such a challenge to gain weight! Finally thought, the goal is less important than the habits you take on, so getting started is the most important thing! Even if you don’t know where to begin!
