Theses classes are a wonderful way to explore yoga and meditation, they’re designed for all students - new and seasoned.
In these sessions you will have the ability to work around an injury, focus on stretching or strengthening areas in your body, or even just relaxing and focusing on your breath for 60 minutes.
Our private yoga classes are idea for: - Increasing your confidence in your yoga practice
- Targeting a specific area or to work with specific injuries
- Working toward a specific goal (ie: stress reduction,flexibility, self-exploration, fitness)
- Feeling distracted or timid in large class settings - Those wanting to invest in themselves !
We offer multiple styles of classes, including: - Beginner Yoga
- Hatha Yoga - Chair Yoga - Yin Yoga
- Yin & Yang Yoga - Power Yoga - Prenatal Yoga - Group Yoga (up to 3 people)
