Working out in a hotel room gym is truly not ideal but I made it work. I just did 20 minutes of cardio💦 which was walking on the treadmill at 3.5 level 10🤷🏻‍♀️ and then I did a few rounds of core. When you train with a Guinness World Record (and Blue Peter badge) holding gymnast... . The Blabernator @edblaberpt was pulling off some very elegant (and frikkin hard!) gymnastic moves on the TRX this morning. My effort maybe wasn’t quite as spectacular 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️😂😂😂 . On the plus side I did nail pikes for the first time. Same thoughts -> same choices -> same behaviors. You want: To lose weight, but haven’t taken the first step of adding a workout into your lifestyle. We’ve all been there, heck at one point i was a slightly similar version of all 3 mentioned above! The truth is, when we don’t have a clear vision our thoughts get clouded. Your personality gets misguided, & that shapes your reality. Your reality is what you make of it. But when it’s foggy, when it’s uncomfortable, your body panics. Your body sends you the signals of: “I can’t do this”. “I’m not capable”. “I should give up”. In order to change that reality, you need to think about all the things you keep thinking about (the things that you think you can’t do). & you need to change those thoughts. You need to re wire your brain. Your outlook. You need to dig deep on your unconscious mind, because if you half way start trying to change trust me your unconscious is still thinking. Slowly making my way through the Lidl bakery. So many good challenges and food I normally never have so today I went for a triple chocolate cookie 🍪 I haven’t eaten anything triple chocolate in years but it looked so good and was still warm when I got it 🤤 the consistency is the perfect combination of soft and crunchy, it was so gooey and fudgy on the inside 🔥 legit 10/10 for me I’ll definitely be getting another one again soon. ~~~~ Body image sucks at the minute since recovering my weight I’ve been really struggling to accept it again. I’m still too scared to put on my jeans or denim skirt in case they don’t fit I basically live in oversized shirts and leggings 😞 I’m try to push myself to feel ok but it’s hard, tbh seeing the weight was one thing but seeing my measurements increase I think was harder for me to accept. I know there’s nothing wrong with my body and it’s just my ED thoughts and body dysmorpia kicking in but I’m struggling to accept that. Omelette stuffed with spring onions, mushrooms, chillies, tomatoes and 40g light cheddar (HEa) with one of these rolls I keep hearing about as HEb. Delicious. Holy moly! I was expecting and trying my hardest for a loss this week, but this is too good to be true. Not only did I lose the 2.6lbs I gained last week, I lost an extra .4 on top of it for a total of 3lbs. I started back at the gym this week, drank my water, and didn’t eat like a total asshole. Hopefully I can keep this party moving in the right direction again this week. I’m hoping to lose 15.8 more lbs in the next 8 weeks before I leave for vacation!

Eine rechteckige, flache Form mit Backpapier auslegen, Teig verstreichen & für ca 15min bei 180Grad backen 💖 Ich nutze (& esse 😂) zuckerfreie Schokolade, zb die #nosugaradded von @schokofrankonia . Let’s talk cardio or for some cardi-no 😅 • I frequently get DM’s asking whether I prioritize strength or cardio, and how I mix it up in my week. I don’t have a set body part split or schedule but aim for the structure below. • I try to lift 3-4x a week and incorporate cardio at least 2x a week. Why? Lifting builds strength in my bones and muscles, while changing my body composition with less overall strain on my body. Cardio challenges my heart rate a bit more efficiently in my opinion and the endorphins/ calorie burn are 🔥🔥🔥 • However it is not a one size fits all. When asking for recommendations on cardio I just ask, what do you enjoy? and what are your goals? • If you hate running, don’t run. If you love dancing, dance! Anything that you enjoy that raises your heart rate for a period of time is ✨golden! • Also, what are your goals? Running a marathon? Run more. Trying to get muscle mass to show off in the summer? Lift more. • My goals at the moment are just to be stronger and faster 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I personally love taking class at @tonehouse and @thetraininglabnyc to incorporate strength/power in my cardio (yes you can do both!) I also love to box or dance for low impact! • As my goals change with the half marathon coming up, this will change a lot and I will share my new schedule with you all :) • What’s your favorite form of cardio?

9 months ago I graduated college, and that’s when everything went down hill. I was in a whole new routine where I had to work 8-4:45 every day, and couldn’t find the time to workout like I did when I was college. I gained back a lot of weight, and my anxiety and depression suffered as well 😥 I finally decided enough was enough, and for the last 26 days I got up every day at 5 before work to workout, (some days weren’t easy), and started being more serious about my nutrition and what I was feeding my body (like I did in college) Here is my transformation of officially finishing phase 1 (26 days) of my workout program. 2 more phases to go, and I can’t wait to see my progress 26 days from now when I finish phase 2! 🙏🏼🌸💘✨

WEEKEND FLOW | Here’s a little morning flow from earlier today - just 5 mins, no set order, just moving, stretching, opening up tight spots, breathing and doing whatever feels good. Sorry for the less than 👌🏾 video skills, it’s been a while 🤣 After 2 months of travelling, often sat for hours in small spaces (tall people problems😐), training wherever, whenever, with whatever we could, and carrying two rucksacks around my body needs ironing out, and strengthening with heavy weights 🏋🏽‍♀️ 5-10 mins of movement each day also calms and focuses my mind when my to do list is making unwanted appearances in my dreams 🤨 Movement is your friend. Your body and mind will thank you and reward you with a tight tush, smaller love handles, the mental clarity for great chat and flexibility when you need it 😉 at Ibiza, Spain

Happiness is fixing your deadlift again 🥰 figuring out what to do with these spider legs of mine and I'm happy with all the deads from yesterday. Bench flew up too. Now to spend the rest day at a Korean spa, life is good. What are you doing today?! -- Week 4 day 4: Sumo @ 195 (third video) then pause deads @ 185, 195 and 205 (shown first). Followed by an easy bench single @ 120, then 5x5 @ 105. Was running late for my pelvic floor PT consultation and exam so had to cut accessories short sorry @trainhardpizzaharder 🙈 at Balance Gym
