I don’t think I’ve ever been more nervous to share a picture, but here I go...😨
Throwback Thursday, amirite? This is from the beginning of my fitness journey🙈I don’t even recognize myself. Do you???😳
I don’t think I’ve shared these recently; maybe only once when I took the afters.
To be totally honest, I don’t like looking at these pictures. Not because of how I look but because of where I went after. —————
Wanna know where I went? Nowhere.
I stuck to 30 days of those amazing dance workouts at home and then stopped. I did a workout every once in a while, I even got the streaming service when it first came out (ps. It is SO much more amazing now since you get EVERY fitness program included in your membership💁🏼♀️), but I didn’t show up and commit again until OVER A YEAR LATER! (December 2016)
I’ve been there. I saw results and then fell off. I would start up for a little bit, get tired, lose motivation, feel defeated, and stop. I’ve even done it RECENTLY! After I finished my 80 Day program I fell off for about 2 weeks and it showed. I made excuses that only hurt me in the end. —————
We are human. Life happens. You can either continue to make excuses or you can show up for YOURSELF and choose to commit to being better. To being stronger. To being YOU. —————
You don’t have to do it alone either! That’s WHY I saw results and continue to! Because I have accountability groups to turn to for support, for answers, and for motivation. And the best part? It’s always judge-free so if I slip up in my nutrition, I can talk about it without fear of being yelled at. —————
Have you fallen off a routine? Feel like you don’t have the motivation to keep it up? Do you want to join a group of people who uplift and motivate you to be the best you can be mentally and physically?? Then drop a food emoji🥔below or send me a message🤩📩 —————
I’ve been there before. I’m here for you. Fitness is a journey! It’s not about the destination💕Let’s rock our journeys the best way we can; by being ourselves☺️
