Alright y’all, it’s done, the second part of today’s regularly scheduled pain session come to an end. 😂 Ok I’m kidding. Sure it was tough and I’m gonna be sore as all get out tomorrow tonight wasn’t too bad. As I repeated these videos and become more and more familiar with the patterns and movement combos the more I’m able to notice my form and where things aren’t being done properly. Not gonna lie, I still have a lot of work to do on my form and I am in no way an actual fighter. That doesn’t mean however that I can slack off. Day 2 is in the bag!!! Yoga in the morning and in the afternoon-a 30 min upper body workout including ab work. I felt hungry this morning and couldn’t wait until lunch to eat my lunch. But I was finally satisfied after having my vanilla superfood shake with frozen fruit and turmeric added to it. Then it was this same beef and carrots meal for dinner but not quite as much. I’m really feeling the sourness from yesterday so i’m incorporating the some muscle recovery supplements today and since I used some weights with the upper body moves in my workout. I was tempted a little to eat something more before bed but I asked myself, “Am I really hungry or do I just want to eat something out of habit?” It was the latter. So I drank some water and went to bed. We’re you tempted to go off track today? Did you give in or stay the course? If you staid the course, how did you do it? If you gave in, what is your plan to avoid temptation in the future? If your day didn’t go as well as you wanted it to just remember tomorrow is a brand new day!
