ГОРДИТЬСЯ СОБОЙ или КРИТИКОВАТЬ ... Я очень хорошо помню свои отношения с бегом год назад. ⠀ Я могла пробежать максимум 20-25 минут, не переставая смотреть на часы и жалеть себя. Что-то внутри очень не хотело выводить бег на новый уровень. И каждый раз перед пробежкой я настраивалась на мучительные 20 минут одышки, стука в висках и дискомфорта в теле. И частенько себя спрашивала - зачем я вообще этим занимаюсь?! ⠀ Не знаю, что внутри перещелкнуло прошлой весной. Возможно, я достигла точки кипения, когда моё желание научиться получать кайф от бега в конце концов переросло в активное и регулярное действие. Я просто начала бегать чаще и дольше. ⠀ Сейчас я с радостью выхожу на пробежку практически в любую погоду и с любым настроением 😊 Денис, конечно, очень сильно помогает. Он прирожденный марафонец, по-моему) может бегать часами, прийти домой, принять душ, съесть банан и пойти заниматься своими делами 😄 ⠀ Кроме него, меня очень вдохновляют веганы-атлеты и марафонцы. Мне до их результатов ещё ой как далеко.. Но! Ели я начну сравнивать себя с ними, то так и не замечу, как сильно я выросла сама по сравнению с тем, кем я была. ⠀ Мораль: сменить недовольство собой на гордость от своих действий и достижений и не сравнивать себя ни с кем) ⠀ Не зря после занятия йогой преподаватель всегда говорит поблагодарить своё тело за практику. Не важно, насколько более гибким и расслабленным оно стало после занятия. ⭐️ #TriYogaSchool ⭐️ Our February focus is on stretching out our shoulders, & our pose for week 4 is Gomukhasana or Cow Face arms 🎓 Practicing Cow Face arms gives a deep stretch to the shoulders, armpits, chest, deltoids & triceps. It also helps to strengthen the supporting back muscles as well as helping to increase the external & internal rotation of the shoulder joints. . 🎓 . ALIGNMENT CUES: #omniyogagirltips 1. Externally rotate the upper arm, & internally rotate the lower arm 2. Clasp the hands together, aiming to bring them between the shoulder blades 3. Reach the upper elbow towards the ceiling, & reach down with the lower elbow 4. Firm the shoulder blades against the back, & draw them down away from the ears 5. Press your head against your upper arm to help deepen the stretch 6. Try to keep the upper arms parallel to each other 7. Open & lift the chest 8. Lengthen through the spine & neck 9. *** If you are unable to clasp your hands together, then use a strap & gradually work to decrease the distance between your hands . 🎓 . Use a strap or a towel to catch the back foot if needed. Pull the shoulders away from the ears. Remember to breathe and focus on the sensation in and around the hip, spine and chest. You can roll to the outer edge of the front foot for more outward rotation in the hip/stretch in the groin. . . Вчера узнала, что для максимального эффекта, нужно высыпать в ванну аж 1 кг соли🙄. Хочу попробовать. Но вообще старайтесь использовать не меньше 300г. Мышцы УЖЕ БОЛЯТ😭: 1. Натуральный вариант: Охлаждающая мазь с ментолом. Намажетесь, почувствуете холодок, который отвлекет нервную систему от боли, и поспособствует оттоку крови. Это снимет воспаление. 2. Медикаментозные мази: С ибупрофеном, диклофенаком и т.п. противовоспалительными компонентами. Мое предпочтение покайфовать и не мазать ничем или 1й вариант😊 ‼️‼️ ‼️ ⬇️⬇️⬇️ P.S: Перед применением мази, обязательно попробуйте сначала на мини участке кожи. SPINE STRETCH WITH ROTATION . . ▪️ In between kids, work and other commitments, Katharine and I have not managed to get together this month ☹️ but thanks to the miracle of technology we were able to share our work and ideas with each other and now also here with you all 👏🏻😃 . ▪️ We decided to focus on adding rotational elements to 4 familiar moves that are usually done only in the Sagittal plane. Here is move 1️⃣ for you. Hope you will enjoy it and share it with your clients and colleagues 😊 . ▪️ I’ll be making comments on the Apparatus version of the video. For more details on the Mat version please visit Katharine’s page @ksjbodycontrol . . 🔹 Spine stretch tips - . ✔️ Keep the arms straight and strong with clear with strong grip on the bar ✔️ Do your best to move the bar “from the movement of the trunk” and not from the arms ✔️ As always – pull the #Abs in and up, creating an opposition to the spine stretch forward ✔️ On the way back – imagine you are rolling back to lie on your back and recover into upright position only when the bar starts moving up & fwd . 🔹 Rotation tips - . ✔️ Bend the knee to allow a bit of freedom in the pelvis, allowing for more rotation ✔️ Reach the arm up towards the ceiling and rotate around a long & lifted axis (both ways) ✔️ When you have rotated “outwards”, press fingertips down to find more lift in the trunk and assist a deeper rotation ✔️ When rotating towards opposite leg, use the pull of the hand on the opposite leg to create more length so that you can, once again, rotate around a long axis. ✔️ In both rotations – press the bar gently away from you to assist with a sense of opposition . ❤️ I think it is a super yummy variation.
