✅📝 There is rising popularity with the use of resistance bands to develop an individuals RFD, Velocity, Strength & Power. It is highly recognised that resistance bands are an effective tool to improve an individuals growth & optimise training adaptations. •
✅📝 I would supplement the use of bands when working on a lower load of 40-50% and implementing the training focus of DE work to improve an individuals RFD which will result in greater training adaptations overall. •
✅📝 Or they can be a really effective finisher on the specified region of the body targeted during your training session. Hit a high volume of reps to maximise training productivity. •
