What I Ate Today 🌱
1️⃣[10:31AM] Breakfast today was a smoothie with 🍌🥝🍊, a handful of spinach, raw ginger, sunflower seeds and cinammon.
2️⃣[15:03PM] 90g of mixed nuts.
3️⃣[21:08PM] 85g of almonds.
4️⃣[22:48PM] Homemade Hummus. Made this with just chickpeas, 1 raw red pepper, 6 cloves of garlic, red paprika, black pepper and water. Enjoyed it with some carrots. 😋
5️⃣[22:48PM] Leftover Fava soup & also ate two slices of rye multi-grain bread 🌱
