Simple yet incredible breakfast. @kindkravings signature cheese sauce, pinto beans, tofu scramble, green chile rice, lettuce, tomato, sautéed peppers and onions, habanero sauce, on top of a tortilla. Starting the day off proper like.
The optimal food to have first thing in the morning for staying or getting lean, weight loss and for increased focus is meat and nuts.
1️⃣Dictates your neurotransmitters for the whole day, mainly Dopamine and Acetyl-choline.
2️⃣This will increase mental clarity and sustained focus throughout the day.
3️⃣The protein gives greater satiety and a controlled rise of your blood sugars, the fats from the nuts keep the blood sugar stable for an extended period of time compared to a carb based breakfast.
4️⃣You will make better food choices through out the day compared to a cereal of bread based breakfast. - You can still have your carbs if required throughout the day, just try to start with purely protein and fats.
I start with the Our Father Prayer
I pray for the strength mentally, physically and emotionally to fulfill his will for my life today
I pray for the salvation of all the unsaved souls and that they may lay down their lives and allow God to take control and that they will seek his will about their own and form the relationship that will change lives.
I give praise for everything he's done, does and continues to do despite the fact that I don't deserve any of it.
I pray for whomever or whatever is on my heart
Then I read my devotionals and become even more thankful to know that he's yet again confirming that everything is going to be alright.
It takes about 10 minutes all in all, and it's the best start to your day!! It's setting it up on a solid foundation of faith and knowing that you're walking with God not ahead or behind him so you're able to face the day!
