Wow I am still shit at selfies ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ ah f**k it who cares!! So...back at it today after a few days feeling like a complete and utter mess. Not 100% by any means but well enough to re-enter the human world of work and gym ๐Ÿ˜‚ Shoulder day to ease myself back in...he says ๐Ÿ˜… Good workout of the shoulder muscles and have come to love shoulder day. As said in a previous post it use to be my weakest point but have come a long way and a good shoulder build does compliment all the arm and chest days well so feels and looks good when you push the shoulders. Pull Ups: ๐Ÿ”ฅ Hereโ€™s a quick pull up progression from easiest to hardest: ๐Ÿ”ฅ 1. Tuck Seated Pull Ups 2. L Seated Pull Ups 3. Feet Elevated L Seated Pull Ups 4. Negative Pull Ups (only work the descent) 5. Regular Pull Ups ๐Ÿ”ฅ Cues: - Pull your elbows down to the floor - Pull your shoulders back - Push your chest to the bar ๐Ÿ”ฅ If you canโ€™t do regular pull ups I recommend scaling back a few steps. Also, try to work within the 8-12 rep range. Once 3x12 reps become easy, progress to the next level up. Lastly, pay attention to your diet because pull ups can become easier by simply cutting body fat - but it doesnโ€™t hurt to get stronger at the same time ๐Ÿ˜‰ at Snap Fitness Indooroopilly

The experience we had working with a person who has CP & is such a beautiful human really opens your eyes to reflect on your own life and not take for granted the simple things. We have developed a training program to suit his movements and will be giving him a small diet to assist in his development of muscle but also focus on calcium build up as well as strength on parts of his body to aid in transferring from his chair to his bed ect. We have so much planned for him and body beyond is so proud to work with a true legend with an amazing outlook on life.
