10 Day Challenge Day 9 of 10 Today’s topic is what I needed today…a good night’s rest. Who else can relate? Do you deprive yourself from sleep? Of course this is the no.1 thing that will re-energise you. You know you have to at least sleep 6-8 hours a night. If we don’t get enough sleep, ask yourself, why? It’s not worth working long hours with no sleep and if you have been lying awake at night because you are worrying about something, it cannot be good. Then there’s also struggling to fall asleep… I’ve been here numerous times and lying awake or struggling to fall asleep did not help me at all. It just left me tired and drained. Here are some tips to follow to fall asleep easily and sleep more peacefully: 🌸Listen to sleep music 🌸Journal before you go to bed, empty your mind 🌸Meditate or do yoga as part of your bedtime routine 🌸Make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet and cool 🌸Follow a calming bedtime routine e.g. take a warm bath, read or practice deep breathing Hope you have a pleasant night’s rest.😴 Love and hugs❤️
