~HOW TO INCREASE YOUR FOCUS TO SHIFT INTO FLOW & GET MORE DONE~
Life can sometimes feel like a juggling act where we find ourselves dealing with 3-4 things at the same time.🤹♀️
And it creates this sense of overwhelm and extra stress and tension in our central nervous system such that we aren’t mindfully engaged in what we are doing or being as productive as we could be.
Research tells us that the brain takes 15 minutes to re-set and come back into inspiration and flow after an interruption.
So by doing more than one thing at the one time, we are actually taking longer and we are not being as inspired and in flow as we could be if we created a singular focus and attention on one thing at a time.
So today I invite you to take that 1 thing you’ve been putting off, set the timer ⏱, put your phone on do not disturb and maybe do a 15-20 min sprint on the task at hand. 🚴♀️
