The good news?
It all starts with you, so you can start right this very moment.
You want to be a little happier, start thinking of things that make you feel happy every single day. You want to feel wealthy? Start looking around and feeling grateful for what you already have. You want to feel stronger? Start remembering all the times you were broken and came back together.
If we keep at it, day in and day out, our subconscious starts to shift into these higher thought patterns.
Our subconscious eats what you feed it, and our subconscious governs what’s going on under the surface.
Shift that, and you can watch the magic unfold.
Now, that’s the good news, are you still waiting on the bad news? Waiting for the other shoe to drop?
You can let that go, sometimes there is only good news. How does that make you feel? Anxious? Nervous? Too good to be true? Because it used to make me feel that way.
