Look at the verse 41. He put forth his hand and touched him. Touched him. Now if you read Leviticus chapter 13 through 15, you would see, if someone touches a unclean person, they become unclean till evening and have to wash themselves.
Now back to Mark 1:41, Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand and touched him,
Why does the Bible specifically say that?

touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean. And as soon as he had spoken, immediately leprosy departed from him, he was cleansed.
Read the same verse from Amplified Bible
41 Moved with compassion [for his suffering], Jesus reached out with His hand and touched him, and said to him, “I am willing; be cleansed.” 42 The leprosy left him immediately and he was cleansed [completely healed and restored to health]. Did you see that?
In the Old testament, when a unclean person touches a clean. The clean becomes unclean. But with Jesus, who is pure touches a unclean person. The unclean person becomes clean. The opposite. Oh boy, HE my savior did touch me. Oh boy, I was unclean, a sinner, worst and not worthy. Oh my Lord did touch me. I am clean and it HIS blood that washes me. I am clean. I am made whole and I am worthy because my Lord touched me. My Jesus. I call Him, my Jesus. HE is mine. So is He to you.
Are you ready to be touched and ready to beseech him, to go down on your knees?
Be touched my friends and be blessed. The blessing is mine.
