1: The #Vietnamese fusion food scene in Fountain Valley seems to have exploded in recent years. Friend recommended me to go to Brodard.

Nem Nöôùng Cuoán/Pork Spring #Roll – grilled pork sausage wrapped in rice paper with lettuce, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, chives, daikon & mint served with house special sauce .
2: #Duck Buns: Server recommended this, but it looks like a Vietnamese's take of the Peking duck bun? It's pretty good, but I would go for something else as there wasn't really anything that they added to make it seem particularly fusion. The sauce is just plum sauce. .
3: Baùnh Khoït aka Luna Rice Cake – 7 mini crispy #ricecakes filled with whole shrimp, mung bean & scallions, flavored with a dash of turmeric and served with Asian greens and lime chili fish sauce

4: Buùn Ñaëc Bieät Brodard: Their house special of grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, BBQ pork, grilled #shrimp paste, “nem nöôùng” & crispy #eggroll accompanied with Asian greens, peanuts and lime chili fish sauce. .
