Let’s talk about Limiting Beliefs...which one sounds familiar ? .
#1 I don’t have time to workout
👉🏾Me either but I make the time and surely we all can find just 30min a day. I workout during my favorite shows, before I wake up Zion, in place of scrolling social media, those 30 min are there y’all !
#2 I don’t have the money.
👉🏾Pull out a pen & paper and figure out how much you’ve spent on fast food, convenient store runs, all those chips and cookies in the pantry, and whatever else you don’t absolutely necessarily need. Found the money yet? It’s all in how bad you want it .
#3 I don’t think I can commit, I’ve tried everything and nothing works.
👉🏾Don’t overthink it and realize you’re not going to always be motivated. Place your feelings aside and take it Day by Day. Pound by pound. Progress over perfection. You make health & wellness to fit YOUR Lifestyle but be willing to make this a lifestyle change NOT a diet .
#4 I don’t like to workout
👉🏾OK well focus on nutrition. That’s where the real work begins anyway .
I could go on and on but these are just some of the things I’ve heard today. It’s ok to feel those things, and I understand, trust me. I was once there too but we call those limiting beliefs and once you begin to change your thinking your life will begin to change too. You’re more powerful than you give yourself credit for and you can soooo do this !!
