Freeze-dried Unsweetened Raspberries (1 C.) Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips (2-3 C.) Sugar in the Raw (1/4 C.) Chilled Coconut Cream (1 C.) Coconut Oil (1/4 C.) PREP: Melt coconut oil, set aside INSTRUCTIONS: In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine unsweetened coconut, dried raspberries, sugar in the raw. Blend until combined. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add chilled coconut cream, & melted coconut oil (*it is Imperative to use chilled coconut cream. Not the liquid! Refrigerate it overnight. Scrape off top layer/chilled portion. You may need two cans to fill an entire cup). Combine with spoon. Transfer mixture back to food processor, blend/pulse until chunks mixed thoroughly. Spread mixture evenly on parchment paper (thickness to your desire). Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, create ♥️ hearts. Place parchment paper/hearts atop a pan. Refrigerate until firm. Over medium high heat, melt chocolate chips. Remove from heat, pour into mixing bowl. Coat hearts evenly with melted chocolate. Replace on parchment paper, & drizzle with excess chocolate😋 🍫 Refrigerate once more, until firm. By@tastemadeindonesia BAHAN: 3 ekor ikan kembung 3 buah lemon cui 6 siung bawang merah, iris 2 siung bawang putih 2 lembar daun jeruk 5 cm lengkuas 1 batang serai, iris 2 buah tomat merah, potong kotak 3 buah tomat hijau, iris 10 buah cabai rawit, iris 1 genggam daun kemangi 1 sdt garam 1 sdt merica 1 sdt gula Minyak untuk menggoreng . CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Peras Lemon cui di atas ikan kemudian baluri, diamkan selama 10-15 menit. 2. Panaskan minyak lalu goreng ikan hingga kering. Angkat dan sisihkan 3. My most successful meals are the ones I keep simplest. In general my rule of thumb is this: if it’s real food - eat it. If it’s not real food meaning food for NUTRITIVE purpose, ask myself WHY I’m eating it. If I like my reason, I eat it. If I don’t like my reason, i.e trying to cover up a feeling I really need to feel, I don’t eat it. This simple system as really helped me grow. Vegan Mediterranean pasta salad by @simplyquinoa via @amhealthcare 🥗 Ingredients: 1 lb gluten-free pasta 2 cups chopped cucumbers 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved 1 cup chopped olives 1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Hummus or hummus flavor of choice 1/4 cup plain coconut yogurt Juice of 2 lemons 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons chopped chives Salt & pepper to taste Cook pasta following package instructions. Drain and et aside to allow the pasta to cool completely. Once cool, transfer to a mixing bowl and add cucumbers, tomatoes and olives. Set aside and prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated and combined. STIR FRY SPAGHETTI SQUASH 👩🏽‍🍳 This recipe is such a fun recipe to try out ! I love stir fry and adding the squash as noodles is life changing it literally tastes and looks exactly like noodles ! It’s the perfect meal prep as well for lunch or dinner. TAG YOUR FRIENDS WHO LOVES THIS 😍😍😍 Follow @deliciouseasyrecipesvideos 👈👈👈 No Bake Marshmallow Mousse Cake :  INGREDIENTS:⠀ 250g graham crackers⠀ 8tbsp unsalted butter, melted⠀ ⠀ MARSHMALLOW MOUSSE:⠀ 2 cups rainbow marshmallows⠀ 2 cups thickened/whipping cream⠀ 1 cup white chocolate, melted⠀ 2 tbsp powdered gelatin⠀ 4 tbsp water⠀ 1 tsp vanilla extract⠀ ⠀ DECORATIONS:⠀ 1 cup rainbow sprinkles⠀ ⠀ STEPS:⠀ Begin by adding the graham crackers to a food processor. Process until you reach a fine crumb. Add the melted butter and pulse to coat the crumbs in the butter.⠀ Add the crumbs to a 9” springform pan and use the back of a tablespoon to firmly press into the bottom of the pan. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.⠀ For the marshmallow mousse - Add the water and powdered gelatin to a small microwave safe bowl and mix using a fork. It won’t be perfectly mixed. That’s ok, because we’re going to pop it into the microwave for 20 seconds and it will melt.⠀ Add the melted gelatin mixture to the melted white chocolate and use a spoon to mix until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.⠀ Add the cream and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to whip the cream to stiff peaks. Add the cooled melted white chocolate and whip in until well combined.⠀ Add the rainbow marshmallows and gently fold in.⠀ Add the mixture to the springform pan and use the back of a spoon to smoothen the top out and spread the mixture around evenly. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles. Chill for 2 hours.⠀ To take the cake out of the springform pan, run a sharp knife around the top of the pan and then slowly undo the clamp to release the sides of the pan from the cake. Optional Sesame seeds Additional green onion, sliced . INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the quinoa to the pan and stir. Cook until the quinoa is hot. 3. Stir in carrots and edamame and heat through. 4. Push the quinoa mixture to the sides of the pan creating a hole in the center. Add garlic to the center and stir to lightly cook, then mix into the quinoa. 5. Make another hole in the quinoa and crack two eggs in the middle of the pan. Scramble them without mixing with the quinoa, then once eggs are cooked, mix together. 6. Stir in soy sauce, pepper, and green onion. 7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. 8. Add the carrots and toss together. Then add the lentils and toss together with the other vegetables. Finally, add in the vegetable stock and mix everything together. Bring to the boil and then reduce heat, cover the pot and simmer until the lentils are cooked (they should be soft). Take the pot off the heat and blend directly in the pot using an immersion blender. If you don’t have an immersion blender, then transfer to your blender jug and blend up in stages until it’s all smooth. Roasted Chickpea and Avocado Salad Ingredients: 5 ounces mixed greens 1 large cucumber, diced 10 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved 1 avocado, diced 2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas (i.e. garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons smoked paprika 1 ½ teaspoons garlic salt 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, and garlic salt. 3. Spread the chickpeas onto a baking sheet in one layer. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chickpeas are crisp. 5. In a large bowl, toss in the mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, roasted chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined. 6. Natural energy bars by @wearesovegan. Perfect as a post-workout snack! Ingredients: 1 cup oats 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup almonds 1/2 cup buckwheat groats 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1 cup dried apricots 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup water 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper. Spread out the oats, pumpkin seeds and almonds evenly on the tray, then roast for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. 3. Meanwhile, blend the apricots, maple syrup and water together until smooth, then transfer to a mixing bowl. Next, add the buckwheat groats, raisins and cranberries to the mixing bowl. 4. Remove the baking tray from the oven and leave to cool, but make sure the oven remains switched on. Once cool, transfer the roasted oats, pumpkin seeds, and almonds to the large mixing bowl. 5. Line an 8” x 8” square cake tin with greaseproof paper before transferring the mixture into the tin. Smooth over the top using a piece of greaseproof paper, pushing down to make sure the mixture is compact. It's important you press down as firmly as possible to ensure the mixture is compact, which will prevent the mixture falling apart when you slice them into bars. 6. Place the cake tin in the oven for 20 minutes. 7. Remove the cake tin from the oven and leave the energy bars to cool completely. 8. After a few minutes, add the coconut milk and let simmer for 5-8 minutes. The broccoli should soften but still be tender-crisp. Add the curry paste to the pan and whisk it until it combines with the coconut milk. Add the chickpeas. Bring to a slight boil and add the cornstarch. Boil for about a minute, then reduce heat and let cool slightly. Check out my video: VEGAN Ramen 4 Ways! 🍜 This is NOT an authentic Japanese dish; it’s merely my interpretation of the dish with a dash of imagination and a pinch of fun loving nature (with a handful of gluttony! 🤭🤤🤤) couldn’t get enough of these yum bowls! Hope you all enjoy. 🤗 ❤️ Ramen Broth: • 8-10 cups water • 1 stalk leek • 3 cloves garlic • kombu seaweed • 1 mushroom stock cube* (I find that regular vegetable stock cube has lots of mixed herbs and they tend to overpower other ingredients instead of complimenting them the way mushrooms do). 🍄 Instructions: 1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients above and bring to a boil. Then, simmer for about 30 minutes. The amount of liquid should be cooked down by 2/3 part for intense flavours. 2. After that, use the ramen broth as base and add the followings: • 2 cups ramen broth • 1 tbs soy sauce or tamari • 1 tsp organic sugar •!1 tsp sesame oil 3. Bring to a boil, stir well until the ingredients have dissolved into the broth. 4. Serve hot with vegan ramen noodles and toppings of choice. (This is for 1 portion of ramen). 🍜 Toppings: • sweet corn • green onions/ scallions • nori strips • pickled ginger • toasted white sesame seeds • grilled mushrooms • enoki mushrooms (These are just suggestions, you can add whatever you want; it’s YOUR ramen!) 5. ¡Nadie más que TÚ sabrá lo fácil que fue preparar este LOMO glaseado con TOCINO! 🥓 PORCIONES: 1O INGREDIENTES: - 3 cdas de azúcar mascabada - 1 cdita de sal - 1 cda de paprika - 1/2 cdita de polvo de ajo - 1/2 cdita de pimienta - 2 kg de lomo de cerdo - 2 cdas de aceite - 1 taza de mermelada de chabacano - 2 cdas de salsa de soya - 1/2 cdita de mejorana - 1/2 cdita de tomillo - 1/2 cdita de orégano - al gusto de sal y pimienta - 200 gr de tocino PREPARACIÓN: 1. Precalienta el horno a 180° C. 2. Mezcla el azúcar con la sal, la paprika, ajo en polvo la pimienta. 3. Unta el lomo de cerdo con la mezcla anterior. 4. Calienta el aceite a fuego alto, sella el lomo por todos sus lados. Reserva. 5. Mezcla la mermelada con la salsa de soya, la mejorana, el tomillo, el orégano, sal y pimienta. 6. Sobre una tabla extiende las tiras de tocino y coloca el lomo de cerdo, envuelve el lomo. 7. Coloca sobre una charola y con ayuda de una brocha unta la mermelada. Cubre con papel aluminio y hornea por 1 hora. 8. Craving some soup? Try this Instant Pot Broccolini Broccoli Cheddar Soup that takes under 15 minutes to make! Happy long weekend folks, stay warm! (🙋Be sure the check my previous post to see how else you can use broccolini!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hit the SAVE button to bookmark the full recipe! 🙌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡Ingredients⬅ 2 tbsp olive oil 1 onion chopped roughly 4 garlic crushed 1 tsp paprika salt & pepper to taste 2 small russet potatoes cut into cubes 3 cups chicken stock 1 large broccoli crown 12 oz broccolini 1 cup cheddar or more! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ➡Instructions⬅ In your Instant Pot on sauté mode, add olive oil and then your onions and let it cook for a few minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Once your onions have soften, add your garlic cloves and give it a good stir. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Next add your paprika, salt, and pepper before adding half the chicken stock into the pot to deglaze the bottom if needed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Add your potatoes into the pot and the rest of your chicken stock before placing the broccoli and broccolini on top.
